Ahmet Okutan was born in 1995. He graduated from American Robert College in 2014 and from Istanbul University Law Faculty with an honor’s degree in 2018 and has been a member of Istanbul Bar Association since 2020. Ahmet speaks English. He assists Dilek Bektaşoğlu-Sanlı in handling insurance matters.
