Dilan joined EBB Law Firm as a legal intern in 2020 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2021. She works in the teams of Dilek Bektaşoğlu Sanlı and Pelin Erkut, advising on (re)insurance, aviation law, shipping, transport and dispute resolution matters.

Her work includes complex and cross-border (re)insurance matters, with a particular focus on aviation, transport, shipping, and specialty lines, including BBB, D&O, professional indemnity, third-party liability, property, and all-risks policies. She regularly advises on coverage issues, recourse actions, policy interpretation, and regulatory aspects of insurance and reinsurance disputes.

In the aviation sector, she advises on aircraft hull and liability insurance, aviation-related disputes, ground handling and maintenance risks. She also advises airlines and other aviation stakeholders on their operations and the regulatory framework in Türkiye.

She represents local and international (re)insurers, brokers, adjusters, and aviation sector stakeholders. She acts for clients at every stage of the dispute resolution process, representing them in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings before Turkish courts.
