Furkan joined EBB Law Firm as an associate in 2026 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in the same year. He works in Burcu Bilgin’s team and also assists Oğuzcan İren on a range of transport, maritime and commercial law matters.

Furkan also handles claims arising from international road carriage under the CMR, as well as general commercial disputes. On the non-contentious side, Furkan advises on contractual matters arising from yacht construction projects, and on corporate and regulatory issues concerning clients' operations in Türkiye.

Prior to joining EBB Law Firm, Furkan gained experience in corporate, M&A, banking and finance, capital markets and commercial law. He advised domestic and multinational clients on corporate and commercial matters and worked on cross-border and domestic transactions, including financing, risk participation structures, capital injections into publicly held companies, and liquidations within international group structures.
