Osman joined EBB Law Firm as a legal intern in 2020 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2021. He works in Dilek Bektaşoğlu Sanlı’s team, advising Turkish and international clients on (re)insurance, shipping, transport, and logistics matters.

He advises on complex (re)insurance matters, covering D&O, third-party liability, property, and all-risks policies. On the transport and shipping side, he advises on shipbuilding, ship repairs, cargo disputes, marine liability matters, and ship arrests. His experience also includes claims related to freight forwarding, road and rail carriage, and multimodal transport, as well as logistics, particularly warehouse fires and floods.

His work is characterised by a precise and time-efficient approach. He advises local and international (re)insurers, brokers and adjusters, as well as shipyards, freight forwarders, shipowners, cargo interests, and logistics service providers. He represents clients across all phases of dispute resolution, including settlement negotiations, litigation, and arbitration.
