Sarp joined EBB Law Firm as a legal intern in 2021 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2022. He works in Burcu Bilgin’s team and also assists Oğuzcan İren on a broad spectrum of transport and insurance matters, as well as commercial contracts and corporate law. Since joining the firm, he has gained significant experience in both contentious and non-contentious work, regularly supporting clients in dispute resolution and corporate law–related matters.

Sarp advises both local and international clients across the transport sector on a wide range of matters, including shipping, multimodal transportation, and road carriage under the CMR. His experience covers cargo claims, demurrage claims, vessel arrest proceedings, charterparty disputes, insurance disputes, and international trade disputes. He has been actively involved in complex litigation and enforcement processes, representing clients throughout all stages of dispute resolution.

In addition to his litigation practice, Sarp provides day-to-day legal support to clients on corporate and commercial matters. His work includes advising on corporate governance, preparing board of directors’ and general assembly resolutions, and reviewing and drafting commercial agreements.
